We can't move forward without taking time to reflect. Our planning party is going to start with a mindset exercise taking you on a trip through time to see how far you've come over the past 6 months.
Start by "Defining Enough"
We'll start off by talking about sales targets and pairing those WITH your promotional calendar for the next 6 months. We'll map out how you'll hit your numbers and then REST... so you're not selling 24/7.
Create a Rhythm of Launches
It's time to reverse engineer - we'll build your system backwards, fill out your launch planner in a way that works best for you and look at what is the 20% of what you're doing that is giving you 80% of your results.
Craft a Sustainable Marketing System
Now to put it altogether - we'll create a marketing plan that supports your goals, map out what's necessary, and fill in the gaps with nice-to-have mini-campaigns that support your goals for the rest of the year.
