- Week 1 (from 1st Feb) - you’ll set your goals for the next 2 months using my GROWTH goal mapping method. There’ll be a training for you to watch and then you’ll let me know your targets so I can hold you accountable.
- Then we’ll have bi-weekly sprints. Our 2 months together will be divided into four sprints, each lasting two weeks. You will focus on specific aspects of your business during each sprint.
Sprint 1: 5th-18th Feb
Sprint 2: 19th Feb-3rd March
Sprint 3: 4th-17th March
Sprint 4: 18th-31st March
- During our time together, you’ll also submit progress reports at the end of each sprint detailing your accomplishments, any challenges you faced and plans for the next sprint.
- Finally, we’ll have bi-weekly group calls where you can get coaching around something you’re stuck with on your journey to achieving your goals - you’ll walk away knowing exactly what you need to do to move forward.
